RESOLUTION NO. 6274
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THAT CERTAIN
FUTURE STREET OFFERED FOR DEDICATION IN TRACT
NO. 13892 FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Rescind action taken on July 31, 1946 regarding
future street on Lot 44 of Tract No. 13892.
SECTION 2. That interest offered for dedication in Tract
No. 13892, recorded in map book 284, pages 47 through 50 inclusive,
under date of August 23, 1946, offering to dedicate to the CITY
OF WEST COVINA the property or interest therein particularly
described for future street purposes is hereby accepted. Said
property which is hereby accepted is described as follows:
That future street located on Lot 44 of said
Tract No. 13892 in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and cause the same to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
