A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA,,CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN INDIVIDUAL
• GRANT DEED FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES EXECUTED
BY.MARIAN S. MICKUS, AI4D DIRECTING THE RECORDA-
TION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain instrument
executed by Ridgewood Associates, Ltd., under date of September 10,
1980, granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest
therein as particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property
is described as:
A portion of Lot 40 of Tract No. 34894 in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map filed in Book 897, Pages 65, 66 and 67 of
Maps on file in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Los -Angeles.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section.27281 of the Government Code and to cause the
said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
• SECTION 3. The City.Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
