This ordinance will change the zone from "General Commercial' (C-2) to "Service Commercial" (S-C). The "Service Commercial' zone will allow auto dealerships at the location while the existing zone does not. Traffic Committee Recommendation: That a multi -way stop be installed at the intersection of Cherrywood Street and James Avenue with stop ahead advance warning signs as prescribed in the State Standards. That flashing beacon be installed on eastbound Garvey Avenue South to enhance stop ahead advance warning sign.
