This ordinance changes the date of the City's general municipal election from the first Tuesday after the first Monday in March of the odd -numbered years to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of the odd -numbered years and amends the municipal code accordingly. Traffic Committee Recommendation: That 25 miles per hour speed limit signs be installed and that police continue to monitor Charlinda Street for vehicles that exceed the posted speed limit. The decision on this matter must be made within thirty (30) days from the effective date of the current City Clerk's resignation.
