Authorize the WCSG to purchase up to $147,000 of needed computer hardware (five Mobile Workstations, five Precision Workstations, one Power Vault Storage Server, one 6650 Server, tow Gigabit Switches, and four 2650 Servers), from the Dell Computers —the City's sole -source provider under the Western States Contract Alliance. The request from the East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center to place a plaque in the vicinity of the Veterans Memorial Wall honoring the World War 11 Japanese American Combat Army Units. 2. The west landscaped garden inside the West Covina Civic Center Courtyard be used for all future plaques within that category honoring battalion military units with all costs (material and installation) paid by the requesting party with a standard size of 18" x 18" in bronze placed on a standard uniform base pedestal for consistency approved by City Council.
