Request of the City of West Covina That "I -Stop" be installed at the bus stop located at Lark Ellen Avenue and Vine Avenue on a trail basis. Traffic Committee Recommendation: That "I -Stop" be installed at the bus stop located at Lark Ellen Avenue and Vine Avenue on a trail basis. II. Request of W. C. Willis, West Covina Resident That parking on Craig Drive from Cameron Avenue to Holly Place be restricted to permit only parking. Traffic Committee Recommendation: That stop signs (RI) be installed along with stop messages and stop ahead signs (W17) on the north and southbound approaches of Willow Avenue at Bromley Avenue and on the eastbound approach of Bromley Avenue at Willow Avenue based on restricted sight distance. That the striping and reflective pavement markers be added to realign the eastbound approach at a right angle. IV. Request of Debby Hodgson, Principal Mesa Elementary School and Marie Bryan, West Covina Resident That condition of the existing school crosswalk for Mesa Elementary School on Barranca Street be reviewed. Traffic Committee Recommendation: That staff be directed to determine if a multi -way stop is warranted on Barranca Street at Sunset Hill Drive and bring back to Traffic Committee for review and consideration if warranted. That "no stopping' signs be installed on the Barranca Street adjacent to the school crosswalk. That parking of vehicle in excess of six feet in height be restricted along the east of Barranca Street south of Sunset Hill Drive. That rumble strips be installed adjacent to the existing W63, school ahead warning sign. That solar -powered flashing beacons be installed at Mesa Elementary School. The cost is approximately $15,000 and will be funded from project no. TP-04504 — Traffic Signal minor mods. (Traffic Safety Fund) That staff continue to apply for grants for the installation of in -pavement flashing lights at school crosswalks. Request of Manolu Gualberto, West Covina Resident That the traffic conditions along Doublegrove Street from Grenoble Avenue to Autumn Drive be reviewed. Traffic Committee Recommendation: That 25 mph speed limit signs with radar -enforced plates be installed on the east and westbound Doublegrove Street. That centerline on the curve on Doublegrove Street west of Cambridge Court be painted and marked with reflective pavement markers. That centerline at the intersection of Doublegrove Street and Grenoble Avenue be painted and marked with reflective pavement markers.
