That no parking on street sweeping days be implemented on Altamira
Drive from Greenleaf Drive to Greenleaf Drive.

That parking be prohibited on Altamira Drive from Greenleaf Drive
to Greenleaf Drive on the first and third Fridays of each month from
7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for street sweeping purposes.
III. Request of the City of Walnut:
That the City of West Covina concurs in the City of Walnut installing a
"No U-Turn" sign at the intersection of Amar Road and Mann Lane.

a) Approval of Request to Serve Alcohol at a Wedding Reception at the
Senior Center
Staff recommends the approval of a request by Ines and Jose Zavala to
serve beer and wine .at their wedding reception, scheduled for the West
Covina Senior Center, on May 17, 2003 from 6:00 p.m. to 12 midnight.
b) Approval of Request to Serve Alcohol at an Anniversary Celebration
at the Senior Center
Staff recommends the approval of a request by Richard and Alice
Hernandez to serve beer and wine at their anniversary celebration
scheduled for the West Covina Senior Center, on June 7, 2003 from 6:00
p.m. until 12 midnight.
c) Approval of Request to Serve Alcohol at a Quncenera at the Senior
Center
Staff recommends the approval of a request by Jorge Portillo to serve beer
and wine at a quincenera, scheduled for the West Covina Senior Center,
on March 29, 2003 from 6:00 p.m. until 12 midnight.
d) Reapplication for Older Americans Act Funds
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following resolution:

It is recommended that the City Council authorize the creation of a Full
Time Administrative Analyst I and an additional Full Time Account Clerk
position in the Finance Department.

Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for fiscal year ending June 30.
