a) Ordinance to Amend Storm Water and Urban Runoff Pollution
Control Regulations
It is recommended that the City Council introduce the proposed ordinance
which makes the necessary changes to the existing West Covina
Municipal Code to enforce the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES) permit requirements (NPDES Permit No. CAS004001).

c) Continued Participation in FAST Helicopter JPA
It is recommended that the City Council authorize the payment of $51,901
in budgeted SLESF grant funds from 155-320-2110-7160 to the City of
Pasadena for continued participation in the FAST Helicopter program.

City Manager's employment contract as a result of his one-year
anniversary performance evaluation.
