Five bids were received for this project with the lowest responsive bid of $129,274 from Premier Paving of Ontario, California. It is recommended that the City Council accept the bid of Premier Paving in the amount of $129,274.00 as submitted at the bid opening on September I I, 2001, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Premier Paving of Ontario, California, for the work to be done. Miscellaneous — Planning Department b) Resolution Establishing Change in Time for Planning Commission Meetings The Planning Commission has stated a desire to change the time of its regular meetings or the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 7:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m: This requires an amendment to the City Council Resolution No. 5682, which establishes the meeting times and places of City boards and commissions. It is recommended by the Planning Commission and staff that the City Council adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5682 RELATING TO MEETING TIMES AND PLACES OF CITY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Miscellaneous — Communications e) Extension of the License and Use Agreement This recommends that the License and Use Agreement authorizing Cox Communications to maintain and operate a cellular PCS (Personal Communications System) site at Shadow Oak Park be extended for an additional five years, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the attached Amendment to the License and Use Agreement with Cox Communications approving the extension of such Agreement for a period of five years.
