Resolution - 12RESOLUTION No. 12
The following resolution was offered by Councilman Hedges,
seconded by Councilman Reeg and Unanimously adopted.
RESOLVED that the City of West Covina accept a deed from
C.H. Mossberg and wifeto the following described real property
for road purposes, together with C.H. Mossberg's check for
$500 00 payment to the City of Vilest Covina for paving said
street, Said Street to be paved 20 feet in width at cost and
and any balance remaining to be refunded to Mr. Mossberg.
Said real property for said street being located in the
Mossberg tract in the City of west Covina, and being described
as follows, to -wit:
A strip of land 60' wide and mean length of 706.33' shop
as Mossberg Avenue on map of Tract 11231. Said length being
measured on center line of said Avenue between the North West-
erly line of Willow Avenue and the Southerly line of State
Highway as shown on said map. Area of said strip of land to
include also the areas at the three rounded corners as shown
on said map, between arcs and prolongations of lot lines
respectively.
