INTERSECTION OF DURNESS STREET AND CONLON AVENUE.
FINDINGS--
Durness Street and Conlon Avenue form a "T" intersection with both streets being

intersection is controlled by a stop sign on Conlon Avenue and is adjacent to
Orangewood Elementary School and Edgewood Middle School. The existing

posted speed limit.is 25 miles -per -hour.
