This supplement encompasses reimbursement for preliminary engineering costs. It is recommended that City Council adopt the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 31 - LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5259, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID SUPPLEMENT NO. 31 7) Ordinance for Adoption (Waive reading and adopt) Southern California Black Walnut Tree Council has introduced an ordinance amendment to include groves of the California Black Walnut tree in the City's Tree Preservation Ordinance. It is recommended that the City Council approve the agreement with Pomona Valley Transportation Authority and authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed agreement.
