ANALYSIS
Staff reviewed the bid of Whelan Construction and found it to be complete and within the
estimated cost of $17,200. In addition, Whelan Construction has done numerous City projects
and has always done quality work in a timely manner. This' company is also in good standing
with the State Contractor's License Board.
FISCAL IMPACT
Approval and funding in the amount of $17,200 has been allocated from Construction Tax for
this project in the 1995-96 Capital Improvement Program. In addition to the construction

unlikely that costs would' be reduced any further.
