It is recommended that the City Council accept the bid of Creative Landscaping, Inc. of Anaheim, in the amount of $129,540.00 annually and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with said Creative landscaping, Inc., for the work to be performed. b) Woodside Villaqe Maintenance Districts 1 and 2 This contract provides for Maintenance of Landscape, Natural Areas, Hardscape and Sprinkler Systems, including but not limited to Woodside Village Maintenance Districts 1 and 2. It. is recommended that the City Council accept the bid of Mariposa Landscapes of S.
