On January 17th, 1995, the City Council held over acceptance, of

An alternative is to direct staff to negotiate a change order with IPS, Inc., for removal of
excess previous background paint prior to acceptance of work. This alternative would be
comparatively costly for the benefit to be gained.

It is recommended that the City Council accept the work of IPS, Inc. for Curb Address
Painting Project SP-94109.
