Staff recommends acknowledging completion of rough

Location: 132 North Grand.
Staff recommends acknowledging completion of grading

Staff recommends acknowledging completion of grading
and releasing California State Bank Certificate of
Deposit in the amount of $2,280.

a) MP 87148 and MP 87152 - Replacement/Refurbishing of Fuel
Delivery System and Replacement/or Monitoring of

Location: Citywide.
Staff recommends the City Council authorize the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute an agreement for consulting
services with Enviropro, Inc, of Northridge in an
amount not to exceed $20,000.

ORDINANCE NO. 1734 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ARTICLE IV OF
CHAPTER 23 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
UNDERGROUND SERVICE LINES
ORDINANCE NO. 1735 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE WEST COVINA
MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE XI, BY ADDING SECTION
26-609.5 AS IT RELATES. TO AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP PROMOTIONAL
EVENTS IN THE REGIONAL -COMMERCIAL (R-C), SERVICE -COMMERCIAL

Review Engineer's Report. Recommendation is to:
a) appropriate $17,500 in.Park Development Fees
from contingencies, and b) accept the bid of Seco
Electric Co., Inc. of San Dimas in the amount of
$14,500.00 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute an agreement with Seco Electric Co.,
Inc. for the work to be done.

Review Engineer's Report. Recommendation is to
reject the bid of Ryco Construction, Inc, and
authorize the City Engineer to readvertise and call
for bids.
c) MD 2-86T-1 - Trimming of. Trees in Maintenance District 2
Review Maintenance Director's Report. Recommendation
is to accept the bid of Callahan Tree Trimming, Inc.
of Whittier in the amount of $5,000 and authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with
Callahan Tree Trimming, Inc. for the work to be done.

Location: Azusa Avenue, 600 feet north of Amar.
Review Engineer's Report. It is recommended that the
City Council take the following actions:
a) Establish City Project TS 87172.
b) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
a cooperative agreement with Harvey Capital
Corp. for the installation of a traffic signal.
c) Appropriate $65,000 in deposit trust funds to
Project IS 87172.
d) Approve waiver of competitive bidding procedures
and authorize the purchase of traffic controller
and cabinet from Multisonics in the amount of
$11,366.75 including tax.
