NOTICE TO PUBLIC

1) TS-87167 - FUEL EFFICIENT TRAFFIC SIGNAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
GRANT APPLICATION
Review staff report. It is recommended that the City Council
take the following actions:
a. Establish Project TS-87167.
b. Find that the aforesaid improvements are categorically
exempt pursuant to Sections 15101 .and 15106 of the
California Environmental Quality Act.
C. Adopt the following resolution:

OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
