It is recommended that the City Council grant renewal of J & R Landscape Maintenance Company, Inc.'s contract for the coming twelve month period at a 4.4% increase. e) STREET CLEANING CONTRACT RENEWAL Review staff report. It is recommended that the City Council grant R. F. Dickson Company, Inc. a contract extension, with a 4.3% increase, or $13,717.66 per month and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement. f) CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS - QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT (INFORMATIONAL) Review staff report. It is recommended that the City Council accept the bid of Vernon Paving of Anaheim in the amount of $302,772.50 as submitted at the bid opening on April 8, 1986, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agreement with said Vernon Paving for the work to be done. b) GP-85904-1 - CIVIC CENTER PARKING LOT RESURFACING Review staff report.
