NOTICE TO PUBLIC
At this time the City Council will receive comments on any non -hearing
item found on the Agenda. Testimony regarding hearing matters will
be received at the time of HEARINGS and comments regarding any
municipal matter not on the Agenda will be received under ORAL COMMUNI-
CATIONS.
Anyone wishing to address the City Council on a non -hearing Agenda
item should come forward to the podium when requested by the Mayor
and state your name and address for the record. Please limit your
comments to three minutes. Your comments will be addressed by the
City Council at the time the Agenda item is considered. As Consent
Calendar items are considered routine in nature, they are normally
enacted in one motion. The Mayor may remove a questioned Consent
Calendar item for separate action.

a) The City 'of West Covina Fire Department has been invited
to participate, by driving the American La France Antique
Fire Engine, in the Covina Centennial Parade to be held
on Saturday, April 12, 1986.
It is recommended that the'City of West Covina participate
in this event.
b) On March 19, 1986, a letter was received from the East
San Gabriel Valley Hotline announcing termination of
services.
Recommendation is to receive and file.

Location: East of Nogales, south of Amar Road. Recommenda-
tion is to accept waterline improvements and authorize
release of the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company Faithful
Performance Bond No. 59-SB-919780-BCA in the amount of
$67,000.
d) TRACT 39535 - WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS - PONDEROSA HOMES
Location: East of Nogales, south of Amar Road. Recommenda-
tion is to accept waterline improvements and authorize
release of the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company Faithful
Performance Bond No. 59-SB-019643-BCA in the amount of
$90,000.

a) Transfer $7,000 from City Project MP-85401 to City
Project SP-85127.
b) Accept the bid of Artistic Landscape of South Gate
in the amount of $67,083 as submitted at the bid opening
on March 18, 1986, and authorize the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute an Agreement with said Artistic
Landscape for the work to be done.
b) TREE WELL GRATES - BID NO. 86-34
Review staff report. It is recommended that the City Council
award Bid No. 86-34 to Urban Accessories in the amount
of $32,301.45.
c) AERIAL TOWER - MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT BID N0. 86-35
Review staff report. It is recommended that the City Council
award Bid No. 86-35 for a mid -range aerial tower to G.M.C.
Truck & Coach in the amount of $29,811.48, including tax.

in the amount of $146,126.52, including tax and fees.
b) The City Council ratify the purchase of twelve 1986 Chevrolet
police patrol vehicles utilizing the City of Los Angeles'
bid award to Grand Chevrolet of Glendora, in the amount
of $138,661.59, including tax and fees.

Review staff report. Recommendation is that the City Council
consent to a joint public hearing with the Redevelopment Agency
regarding the Disposition and Development Agreement on the Atrium
Project by adopting the following resolution:
