Park Grant Funds and authorize the transfer of $3,000 from
Project PP-86203 to Project PP-86206.
b) Approve plans and specification for Project PP-86206 and
authorize the City Engineer to call for bids, subject to
concurrence of the State Department of Parks and Recreation.
