It is recommended that the City Council waive further reading and adopt the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 1693 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA- AMENDING SECTION 15-11 OF CHAPTER 15 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FORTUNE-TELLING AND RELATED PRACTICES. 7) SP-80050 - MODIFICATION OF CALIFORNIA AND VINCENT AVENUE OFF -RAMPS Review Engineer's report. Recommendation is that the City Council authorize staff to pay employees time and one-half their regular rate for compensatory time accrued between April 15, 1985 and June 30, 1985 which has not .been taken off by September 30, 1985, and to compensate hourly employees for the difference between straight time and time and one-half for overtime hours worked in the. time period from April 15, 1985 to June 30, 1985.
