The amount of claim had not been determined at time of presentation. b) On March 16, 1984, a claim for personal injuries amounting to $1,252,308.48 was received by the City Clerk's Office from William Mc Alpin. c) On March 20, 1984, a claim for personal injuries was received by the City Clerk's Office from Wilbur Porter. Accept the Planning Commission's recommendation to allow massage parlors in the M-1 Zone subject to approval of an unclassified use permit and introduce an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER 26, ARTICLES XI AND XII, AS THEY RELATE TO MASSAGE PARLORS AND BATHHOUSES 2. Provide for the proper review and permit issuance for massage parlors by introducing an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 14, AND BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE V, OF CHAPTER 14, RELATIVE TO MASSAGE PARLORS AND BATH- HOUSES ACTION: lotion by 2nd by To WAIVE further reading of the ordinances.
