a. Authorize the transfer of $5,500 from M.P. 79016-1 and $7,150
from the General Fund Contingencies to Project P.P. $1021.
b. Accept the bid of Hondo Company, Inc. of Santa Ana in the
amount of $162,847.03 as presented at the bid opening on
October 19, 1983, and reduce the scope of work as indicated in
the report to a contract amount of $143,447.03 by Change Order
and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agreement
with said Hondo Company, Inc. for the work to be done.
