CATION OPERATORS ASSOCIATION
Review staff report. It is the recommendation of the Personnel
Commission that the City Council grant formal recognition to
the West Covina Police Officers Association as representative
for sworn peace officers in non management -exempt police depart-
ment classes; and to the West Covina Firemans Association as
representative for employees in professional non management -
exempt fire fighting classes; and to the California League of
City Employee Association as representative for non management -
exempt employees in certain maintenance classes; and to the
West Covina Communications Operators Association as the repre-
sentative of employees in the Communication Operator class,
beginning August 1, 1983 and ending July 31, 1984.
