CONSENT CALENDAR (1) FORTHCOMING PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS AND PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULE Motion by Connolly, seconded by Melendez, to approve all items listed. Motion carried 5 -0. B. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING (1) CONSIDERATION OF POSSIBLE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF AND/OR FINES,UNDER UNCLASSIFIED USE PERMIT 71, REVISION 5 (Amendment) (the "UUP"). , Motion by Reiner, seconded by Connolly, to continue the public hearing regarding possible suspension or revocation, and/or fines under Unclassified. Use Permit 71, Revision 5 (Amendment) to the meeting of January 13, 1996. Motion carried 5-0. (2) HOUSING AFFORDABILILTY ORDINANCE CODE AMENDMENT NO. 266 GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO.. IV-95-26 NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT CODE AMENDMENT NO. 266: Housing Affordability & Density Bonuses APPLICANT: City of West Covina LOCATION: City Wide Motion by Connolly, seconded by Zeller, to continue the public hearing to the meeting of February 13, 1996. Motion carried 5-0. Motion by Melendez, seconded by Reiner, to adopt findings as recommended by staff. Motion carried 5-0. Motion by Melendez, seconded by Reiner, to waive further reading of the body of the resolution and adopt Resolution No. 01-96-4336, recommending that the City Council approve an urgency ordinance as it pertains to reverse vending machines. COMMENTS: Approved with no comments. D. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS None E. COMMISSION REPORTS/COMMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: Commissioner Connolly to miss February 13, 1996 meeting.
