LOCATION: 1951 South Sunset Avenue
The applicant is requesting approval of a zone change from
"Single -Family Residential (R-1), Area District II" to "Specific
Plan"; a tentative tract map to create 131 single- family lots,
one recreation area and one open space lot; and a precise plan of
design to allow the construction of 131 patio homes.

LOCATION: 3104-3110 East Garvey Avenue South
The applicant is requesting approval of an unclassified use
permit to operate a'seminar and training center in an existing
warehouse building and construct a parking lot. The 1.44-acre
project site is located in the "Neighborhood -Commercial (N-C)"
and "Service -Commercial (S-C)" zones.
This item is recommended for continuance to the Planning
Commission Meeting of February 10, 1992, to allow staff time to
readvertise.

AMENDMENT OF PUBLIC TREE REMOVAL PERMIT NO. 59
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve an
amendment to Public Tree Removal Permit No. 59 for the removal of

Street Improvement Plan.

HOUSING ELEMENT
Staff requests that the Planning Commission review and comment on
the goals, policies and programs of the Housing Element and
direct staff to proceed with the preparation of a Final Housing
Element revision.
