Accept public works construction and acknowledge completion
of grading. Authorize the release of Balboa Insurance Com-
pany Faithful Performance Bonds No. L05-061408 in the amount
of $94,600 and No. L05-061409 in the amount of $11,700.
Staff recommends acceptance.
b) TRACT 37253 - BLOCK WALL -- CLASSIC DEVELOPMENT
Location: South Garvey Avenue east of Monte Verde
Accept block wall and authorize release of Household Federal
Savings and Loan Certificate of Deposit No. 03-326-84 in the
amount of $100,000. Staff recommends acceptance.
c) SL-82107 - STREET LIGHTING REVISIONS -- WEBB ELECTRICAL
Location: Cameron Avenue, Azusa Avenue, Sunset Avenue
Accept street lighting revisions and authorize the release of
Surety Insurance Company Faithful Performance Bond No. 490125
in the amount of $31,781, subject to Notice of Completion pro-
cedure. Staff recommends acceptance.
