NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH SIGN INSTALLATION POLICY
Review staff report. Recommendation is that installation
of signs at the City Limit, be approved as the basic
City policy for installing Neighborhood Watch Signs. That
the standard sign be orange and black on a white background
and 18" x 24" in size, with the legend "Warning West Covina
is a Neighborhood Watch Community" at the top of the sign.

Review staff report. Recommendation is to take the following
actions:
a) That the balances from account numbers SL80009, SL80018,
SL81004, SL81023 and SL82103 be transferred to Account
SL82107, and;
b) That the City Council accept the bid of Webb Electrical
Construction of Ontario, California, in the amount of
$31,781 as presented at the bid opening.on July 20, 1982
for project SL82107, and authorize the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute an agreement with said Webb Electrical
Construction for the work to be done.

b) Accept the Alternate I bid of Hillside Repair Inc. of

with said Hillside Repair Inc. for the work to be done.

including tax.
