III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Motion by Thrasher, seconded by Azpeitia, to approve
Minutes of December 13, 1995. Motion carried 3-0.
IV. ACTION ITEMS TO CITY COUNCIL - None
V. INFORMATIONAL/DISCUSSION
A. Eligibility Lists
Recruitments were reviewed which had been completed through the month of
December 1995.

The Commissioners received and filed the following reports for the month of.

VI. STAFF REPORT
A. Discussion of hearing dates - George Gundel appeal.
The dates of February 27, 28, and 29th, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., were
confirmed as dates for the George Gundel hearing. Commissioners Lane and Ramirez
had agreed to those dates via telephone and the Commissioners present agreed to
calendar them. Staff will provide written confirmation and related instructional
materials in the next few weeks.
B. Discussion of items requested by Commission at last meeting:
1. Business Cards - distributed to those present.
2. Names and. addresses of all City Commissioners - Scheuplein requested a list
of telephone numbers for City departments.
3. Locking of outside doors on night of Commission meetings - seems resolved.
4. Discussion of Commission developing some type of employee incentive
program for. consideration by the City Council. Motion by Thrasher, seconded
by Azpeitia,. to agendize for next Personnel Commission meeting. Motion
car -Tied 3-0
VII. ADJOURNMENT - Motion by Azpeitia, seconded by Thrasher, to. adjourn at 8:50 p.m.
The next regularly scheduled Personnel Commission meeting will be held Wednesday,.
February 14, 1996.
