Recommendation is that Council authorize the Mayor to send a letter to the affected property owners expressing the City's concern for the proper maintenance of the slopes, particularly along the west side of Azusa Avenue, bearing in mind that lack of maintenance can be considered to be a violation of the Municipal Code.
