IV. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - Royall Brown, 2153 Aroma Drive, West Covina;
requested that the Commission hold a meeting on a Tuesday night at the Galsterwood
Homeowners Association Club House. This community meeting is needed to inform the
neighborhood of the physical situation of the balliield. Residents want to keep 'the area
as much as it is now with no ballfield lighting.
At this community meeting, he would like staff to have available a map of the Aroma
ballfield along with photos of: the site, abandoned facilities, and abandoned snack bar.
The site is' not suitable for major recreation facilities. Superimposed photos of baseball
and football fields over the existing site would show the space limitations: A planned
dog walk and volleyball court were suggested.

CIP list of priorities their recommendations for usage of this property. Matter deferred
