I. Commissioners Present: Kowalski, Buckingham, Fridley,
Gratz, Lewis
Absent: None
Staff Present: Salazar
Others: Mrs. Fridley, Mr. & Mrs. Morrish and son.
II. ACTION ITEMS -
1) Minutes of November 12, 1992 approved as presented.
2) Bingo at the Senior Citizens Center -
The Commission requested that staff prepare a
report outlining how smokeless bingo can be started
at the Senior Citizens. Center. The report should
describe the code requirements and procedures.
This report should be reviewed by the Senior
Citizens Support Group first for their input and
recommendations.

3) Meals - The Commission requested that:
a) An analysis be conducted by staff 'of the way
meals are served with the objective of improving
the speed and efficiency of serving the meals.
b) That a dietician or nutritionist evaluate the
current menus and recommend changes if needed to
ensure a balanced meal. MSC Lewis/Buckingham (5-0)
III. ADJOURNMENT
The Commission adjourned to February 11, 1993 at 3 p.m.
in Room 314 of the West Covina City Hall.
