APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular meeting of October 13, 1992. No meeting held November 10, 1992 due to the lack of a quorum. III. ACTION ITEMS - Joint School/City Capital Improvement Projects - On. October 27, 1992 the West Covina School District Board of Trustees approved a list of priority projects on School District Property for Commission review and approval.
