SUMMARY Youth Sports League requests use of tables ,and chairs for Annual
.Fund.Raiser•at Walmerado Park.
BACKGROUND
It is the policy of the City that equipment can
only be loaned. to nonprofit
groups if .it is authorized by the City Council.
REQUEST
West Covina Youth Pony Baseball League has requested
120 chairs and 16 tables
to use for their Annual Coaches Pancake Breakfast at Walmerado Park on
Saturday, February.29, 1992.
League representatives would be responsible for
picking up the tables and
chairs on Friday, February 28 and returning on
Saturday, February 29 after
the event from Palm View and..Community'Centers.
The League is responsible
,for any damages or loss of .equipment.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended, that. the City Council approve
the request from the West
Covina Youth Pony Baseball League' to use City owned tables and. chairs for
their 1992 Coaches Pancake Breakfast,.
