a) A written request has been received to enter the American La
France Antique fire engine in the parade and display at the
Annual California State Fireman's Association Conference in
San Luis Obispo, September 14 through 16, 1980.
b) Letter dated August 13, 1980 received from the City of La
Puente regarding B.K.K. Landfill. (receive and file)
c) Request received re the removal of the boulevard stop sign
at the corner of Lark Hill Drive and Citrus Avenue.

d) Letter from West Covina High School Band Parents Association
regarding the temporary closure of the 1700 block of East
Mobeck for the purpose of band practice during the 1980-81
school year; a parade permit application; a hold harmless
agreement; and a request for waiver of the $5,000 bond.
