motion. Any member of the public who wishes to speak on a CONSENT CALENDAR

to be discussed will be acted on separately. Please come forward to the
podium at the request of the Mayor and state your name and address for the
record. The City Council may as a result of your inquiries, refer the matter

from July 1 through July 4, 1980 at 600 Sunset (Alpha Beta parking
lot), 1452 W. Puente Avenue, and Orange & Badillo. (Approved in
prior years)
c) Letter dated April 24, 1980 received from Mrs. Debbie Moreno, 3022
Vernillion re the feasibility of sidewalks in the neighborhood.

of Completion procedure. ,

.Staff recommends accepting park improvements and releasing the
Aetna Casualty & Surety Company Faithful Performance Bond No.
33SBO44022 in the amount of $496,131, subject to Notice of
Completion procedure.
c) WP-80038 BOOSTER STATION NO. 1 DRAIN LINE - D.G. CONCRETE CONST
Location: Vista Hermosa Drive, City of Walnut
Staff recommends accepting drain line installation and releasing
Covenant Mutual Insurance Company Faithful Performance Bond No.
009426 in the amount of $11,960, subject to Notice of Completion
procedure.
d) TRACT 32966 - GRADING, STREETS, SEWER AND MONUMENT - BRUCE MULHEARN
Location: Edie Court and Hollenbeck Street
Staff recommends accepting street and sewer improvements and
acknowledging completion of grading and setting of monuments,
and releasing American Motorist Insurance Company bonds as follows:
Bond No. 8SM173-013 - Grading in.the amount of $5,500.00 X
Bond No. 3SM173-014 - Streets and sewers in the amount of $25,800.00
Bond No. 3SM173-015 - Monuments in the amount of $330.00
e) PRECISE PLAN 414, REVISION 2 - SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS - ECONO-LUBE 'N TL
Location: Southeast corner of Glendora and Vine
Staff recommends accepting sidewalk improvements and releasing
Cash Deposit in the amount of $2,200.
f) PRECISE PLAN 703, REVISION 1 - GRADING AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS -
BATTAGLIA ASSOCIATES
Location: East of Pacific Avenue and south of North Garvey Avenue
Staff recommends accepting street improvements and acknowledge
completion of grading and authorize release of Cash Deposit in
the amount of $9,000.
g) 1702 AVINGTON AVENUE - GRADING - EUGENE SHRIMP
Location: 1702 Avington Avenue
Staff recommends accepting the completion of grading and authorize
the release of Ban of America Certificate of Deposit No. 266294
in the amount of $1,480.
