Review staff report. Recommendation is to authorize the Mayor
to execute an agreement with The Warner Group to assist in the
conversion and implementation of our new data processing system
for a sum not to exceed $12,750 of which $10,000 will be sub-
sidized by PADS with a reduction from its original proposal.
Furthermore, Council authorizes transfer of said funds from
