PERSONNEL ACTION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 Disability Determination — Police Corporal Motion by Higuchi, seconded by Fisher, to approve the Disability Retirement for a Police Corporal. Motion carried 5-0. V. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS A. Agenda Items - None B. Non -Agenda Items — None VI. APPROVAL OF SUMMARY OF ACTIONS Regular Meeting of November 9, 2005 Motion by Fisher, seconded by Velazquez, to approve the Summary of Actions of November 9, 2005. Motion carried 5-0. VII. ACTION ITEMS TO CITY MANAGER/CITY COUNCIL Request for Recognition — West Covina Mid -Management Association Motion by Nance, seconded by Higuchi, to approve the Petition for Recognition from John Adams and Associates as meeting the intent of Municipal Code Sections 2-213 and 2-215. STAFF REPORTS/DISCUSSION - None X. COMMISSION'S COMMENTS The Commission requested a written response from the City Attorneys office regarding the Industrial Disability Retirement process, specifically addressing the issue of the employee's presence during deliberations. XI. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Velasquez, and seconded by Higuchi, to adjourn the meeting, at 7:30 P.M. Motion carried 5-0.
