V. APPROVAL OF SUMMARY OF ACTIONS
Special Meeting of August 24, 2005 and Regular Meeting of October 12, 2005
A. Special Meeting of August 24, 2005
Motion by Fisher, seconded by Velasquez, to approve the Summary of Actions of
August 24, 2005. Motion carried 5-0.
B. Regular Meeting of October 12, 2005
Motion by Fisher, seconded by Nance, to approve the Summary of Actions of
October 12, 2005. Motion carried 5-0.
VI. ACTION ITEMS TO CITY MANAGER/CITY COUNCIL
A. Request for Recognition — West Covina Public Safety Dispatchers' Association
Motion by Higuchi, seconded by Fisher, to approve the Petition for Recognition
from the San Bernardino Public Employees Association (SBPEA) as meeting the
intent of Municipal Code Sections 2-213 and 2-215. Motion carried 5-0.

IX. COMMISSION'S COMMENTS
Commissioners Higuchi and Velasquez stated that they have enjoyed working with City
staff and the Commission.
Commissioner Redholtz and Fisher stated that the Commission has worked well together.
X. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Higuchi, and seconded by Velasquez, to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 P.M.
Motion carried 5-0. The next regular meeting of the Human Resources Commission is
scheduled for Wednesday, December 14, 2005, at 6:30 P.M.
