Request: Proposed change of zone would be from R-1-10,000 to R71-Area District II (9450 sq. ft.) south of Francisquito Avenue, west of Azusa, and north of the City boundary and Doublegrove Street; from R-1-7500 to R-1-Area District 1 (7500 sq. ft.) from the north side of Doublegrove to the southerly City boundary; from C-H, C-2, P-R to Neighborhood Commercial on the northwest corner of Azusa and Francisquito.
