Proposed widening of the street, installation of a raised median
island, and modification of existing traffic signal systems on
Vincent Avenue between the San Bernardino Freeway and Walnut Creek
Bridge; and the realignment, reconstruction and modification of
traffic signals at the intersection of California Avenue at West
Covina Parkway. Recommended by Planning Commission Resolution
