City Engineer recommends the execution of the addendum to the exchange
agreement for necessary rights-of-wa.y at the subject location. Mayor and
City Clerk to execute -said addendum.
7. 1966-71 LIGHTING DISTRICT REFUND
Location: 1707, 1711, and 1715 East Workman Avenue.
City Engineer recommends the refund of $231.35 from the Lighting District
funds to the owners of 1707, 1711, and 1715 East Workman Avenue.
