SUMMARY: At the Council meeting of January 4, 2000, the City Council introduced an ordinance
revising the Municipal Code to provide regulations increasing the maximum height of fences from six
feet to seven feet.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following ordinance entitled:

CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
CHAPTER 26 (ZONING) OF THE WEST COVINA

FENCE HEIGHTS IN THE "SINGLE-FAMELY RESIDEN-
TIAL" (R 1) AND "RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL" (R A)
ZONES (CODE AMENDMENT NO.292).
