4 City of West Covina Memorandum TO: City Council and City Manager FROM: City Clerk's Office SUBJECT: ORDINANCE FOR ADOPTION AGENDA ITEM NO. 9- 5 DATE SUMMARY: At the Council meeting of December 7, 1999, the City Council introduced an ordinance approving Zone Change No. 667. The zone change is proposed to change approximately nine acres of land north of Workman Avenue and west of Citrus Street from "Medium Commercial" (C-2) Zone to the " Service Commercial" (S-C) Zone. This ordinance is now before the Council for a second reading and adoption.
