10) RESOLUTION' NO. - QUIT CLAIM DEED - LOTS 1, 2 and 3 -
TRACT 18233
Location: South side of Badillo Street, east of Vincent Avenue.
Authorize Mayor and City Clerk to execute Quit Claim Deed to storm
drain easement in northerly 30 feet of lots 1, 2 and 3 of Tract
No. 18233. (The easement in lot 4 was quit claimed to Flood Control
District on May 9, 1960). Staff recommends adoption of resolution.

Credit in the amount of $11,000.00 by Resolution No. 2757 on
October 14, 1963, for street and sanitary sewer improvements.
Staff recommends adoption of resolution.

Request to reclassify from Zone R-A to Zone R-3, and request for
approval of Precise Plan for construction of apartments, denied by
Planning Commission Resolutions No. 1463 and 1464.
Appealed by applicant on September 13, 1963. Hearing set for
October. 14, 1963, and held over at applicant's request to October 28th.
Zone Change hearing closed on October 28th and held over to this date
for decision.
Precise Plan hearing continued tothis date and referred back to
Planning Commission for report.
