Location: Orange and Pacific Avenues sanitary sewer district.
Accept sanitary sewer facilities and authorize release of Travelers
Indemnity Co. bond No. 1086603 in the amount of $220,727,805. The
bond will be released no sooner than 35 days from acceptance.
Notice of Completion filed. Inspector's final report filed. Staff
recommends acceptance and release of bond.

A resolution of the City Council of the City of West Covina granting
its consent to the annexation of a certain portion of said City to
County Sanitation District No. 22 of Los Angeles County.

8) RESOLUTION NO. - PROPOSING CHANGE OF WORK IN DISTRICT A'11-62-2
Location: Larkwood, Thackery, and other streets and rights of way.
A resolution of the City Council of the City of West Covina proposing
to change the work in Assessment District No. A'11-62-2, as described
in said plan and specification and the work described and set forth
in Resolution No. 2707.
Set date of hearing on November 12, 1963. Review Engineer's report.
Staff recommends adoption.

Review City Engineer's report and block study map. Instruct Engineer

Recommend that the petition be referred to the City Engineer for
study and report.
