8) RELEASE OF BONDS —PRECISE PLAN NO. 160
Location: East side of Lark Ellen .Avenue south of Walnut Creek Wash.
Release following bonds:
Employers' Liability Assurance Corp., Limited, in the amount
of $2,000.00 for street improvements with Bishop of Protestant
Episcopal Church in Los Angeles for St. Martha's Church in
West Covina as principal.
Firemen's Fund Indemnity Co. bond No. C-7018798 in the amount
of $1,300.00 for street improvements with Mr. Paul Enders,
Principal.
No present need for above bonds, inasmuch as both principals have
made cash deposits to City for these improvements to be construc-
ted with Walnut Creek Wash Improvements.
Staff recommends release of bonds.
