Accept grant deed for street and highway purposes to be known as
Irwindale Avenue.
Council received a complete report on this project in February, 1961.

of West Covina declaring its intention to order certain lighting
fixtures and appliances on certain streets and public places in the

furnished for lighting said fixtures for a period of months, ending
June 30, 1964.

maintenance of certain street lighting fixtures in the City of West
Covina, as shown on proposed diagram and Plan No. 61-64.
