Chairman Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Successor Agency at 5:35 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West
Covina.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Lloyd Johnson Lloyd Johnson, West Covina resident, thanked the council for calling the special meeting and requested them to stop the litigation.
Shirley Buchanan Shirley Buchanan, West Covina resident, concurred with Mr. Johnson’s comments.
CLOSED SESSION Chairman Herfert commenced the closed session at 5:40 p.m. to discuss the following matters:
