Chairman Herfert called to order the regular meeting of the West Covina Successor Agency at 7:36 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Recommendation is that the City Council, acting as the Successor Agency to the West Covina Redevelopment Agency, receive and file this report.
